🚨 Critical Contract Information: SuperBots operates on a contract-based subscription model. After your 30-day money-back guarantee period expires, you are liable for your full contract term regardless of cancellation. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Money-Back Guarantee Period

1.1 30-Day Guarantee

SuperBots offers a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your bot(s) go live and become operational. This guarantee period allows you to:

  • Test all features and functionality of your subscribed bot services
  • Evaluate performance and integration with your business systems
  • Ensure the service meets your business requirements
  • Request a full refund if you're not completely satisfied

1.2 Full Refund Eligibility

During the 30-day guarantee period, you may cancel for any reason and receive:

  • Full refund of setup fees paid
  • Prorated refund of any monthly subscription fees paid
  • No questions asked, no penalties
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

To request a refund during the guarantee period:

2. Contract Commitment Structure

⚠️ After 30-Day Guarantee: Once the 30-day money-back guarantee period expires, you are contractually obligated to fulfill your entire contract term or pay the remaining balance in full.

  • Payment Options: Monthly or yearly billing
  • Contract Obligation: Full 12-month commitment required
  • Early Termination: Remaining balance due immediately upon cancellation

2.2 Enterprise Solutions

  • Minimum Contract Term: 36 months
  • Payment Options: Monthly or yearly billing
  • Contract Obligation: Full 36-month commitment required
  • Early Termination: Remaining balance due immediately upon cancellation

2.3 Payment Flexibility vs. Contract Obligation

Important Distinction: While you can choose to pay monthly, this does NOT mean you can cancel monthly. Monthly payments are simply a payment convenience - your contract obligation remains for the full term.

3. Early Termination After Guarantee Period

3.1 Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel after the 30-day guarantee period has expired:

  • Submit written notice via your customer portal or email
  • Outstanding contract balance becomes immediately due and payable
  • Service continues until the end of current paid period
  • No refunds for time remaining in current billing cycle

3.2 Remaining Balance Calculation

Example Calculation:

Individual Bot Service:
• Contract: 12 months at $55/month = $660 total obligation
• You've paid: 4 months = $220
• You want to cancel: 8 months remaining
Balance Due: $440 (8 months × $55)

Enterprise Solution:
• Contract: 36 months at $1,500/month = $54,000 total obligation
• You've paid: 12 months = $18,000
• You want to cancel: 24 months remaining
Balance Due: $36,000 (24 months × $1,500)

3.3 Payment of Remaining Balance

  • Immediate Payment: Full balance due within 14 days of cancellation notice
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment plan
  • Payment Plans: Available in extenuating circumstances (approval required)
  • Legal Action: Unpaid balances may result in legal action and collection proceedings

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

4.1 Business Closure

If your business closes permanently:

  • Documentation of business closure required
  • Remaining contract balance still due unless otherwise negotiated
  • Payment arrangements may be available on case-by-case basis

4.2 Service Failures

If SuperBots fails to meet Service Level Agreement commitments:

  • SLA credits may be applied to your account
  • Significant ongoing failures may allow contract termination
  • Document all service issues and contact support immediately
  • Termination for SLA breach subject to formal review process

4.3 Force Majeure

Contract obligations may be suspended or modified in cases of:

  • Natural disasters or acts of God
  • Government restrictions or regulatory changes
  • Platform API changes beyond SuperBots' control (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control of either party

5. Non-Refundable Items

5.1 Always Non-Refundable

The following are never refundable, even during the guarantee period:

  • Third-party integration fees (if applicable)
  • Custom development work (if purchased separately)
  • Domain registration or hosting fees (if provided by SuperBots)
  • Training sessions already conducted
  • Already-consumed API usage or message credits

6. Account Suspension & Reactivation

6.1 Temporary Suspension

SuperBots does not offer service suspension or "pausing" of contracts. Your options are:

  • Continue service and fulfill contract obligation
  • Cancel service and pay remaining contract balance
  • In extreme hardship cases, contact [email protected] to discuss options

6.2 Reactivation After Cancellation

If you cancel and later wish to return:

  • Previous contract obligations must be fully resolved
  • New setup fees and contract terms will apply
  • No guarantee of previous pricing or terms
  • Subject to availability and approval

7. Downgrading Services

7.1 Plan Changes

You may request to downgrade services, subject to:

  • Changes take effect at the end of current billing period
  • New minimum contract term begins with downgrade
  • No refunds for difference between plans
  • Some features may be permanently lost

8. Legal Framework

8.1 Contract Enforcement

Legal Action: SuperBots reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover outstanding contract balances. This may include collection agency involvement, credit reporting, and civil litigation. Legal fees and collection costs will be added to outstanding balances.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage:

  • Direct communication with our billing team
  • Mediation through neutral third party
  • Payment arrangement negotiations
  • Review of circumstances by legal team

9. Policy Updates

This cancellation policy may be updated periodically. Changes to existing contracts require 30 days notice. New contracts are subject to the current policy at time of signing.
