- Individual Services: 12-month minimum contract term

- Extended Contract Discounts: Longer contract terms qualify for additional yearly payment discounts
- Early Termination: After 30-day money-back guarantee period, full remaining contract balance due if cancelling early

5. Acceptable Use Policy
SuperBots services must be used responsibly and legally. Prohibited activities include:

- Violating platform terms of service (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Engaging in illegal activities, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Impersonating individuals or organizations
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content

- Collecting personal information without proper consent

- No partial refunds for unused portions of billing periods

10.2 Maintenance

SuperBots reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
